Hard Candy Fierce Effects Eyeshadows are new for Fall 2014 and as soon as I saw them, I had to get one because they instantly reminded me of L'Oréal Infallible shadows and I thought these could be a dupe! Take a look...

What it Is: A 2-Pack of High Intensity, 24 Hour wear Eyeshadows.
What it Does: Water, Crease, and Fade Resistant silk pigments give intense and long lasting color.
What it Costs: $5 for a pack of 2.
Where to Get It: Walmart
Similar To: L'Oréal Infallible 24 Hour Eyeshadows.
Quick Rating: Love!!

I'm so excited about these shadows! They come in packs of two coordinating shades and I picked up a duo called Slow and Steady. They had 5 duos at my Walmart...not sure if they'll be releasing more or if that's it, but they had a nice array of shades from bold to neutral.

Right away, I thought of L'Oréal Infallible Eyeshadows because of the packaging and description, and once I opened these up, I found that they are indeed very similar!

Here's the description on the box:
They come in square jars with a see through window on one side...

And a round cap on the other side.

They also have a disc inside that says, "do not discard", because without it, the shadow might spill all over.

Remind you of anything yet? :) Here's L'Oréal's Infallible Eyeshadow below from one of my previous reviews:

Hard Candy Fierce Effects have the same packed sand/brown sugar consistency as the L'Oréal Infallible shadows. It's somewhere in between cream and powder and they feel so silky and smooth.
The difference between these and L'Oréal's version is that these have a marbled effect, combining two shades in one for a multi-dimensional finish.

Here are the shades up close:

Here they are swatched...the lighter shade on the left and the darker shade on the right. They are super soft and heavily pigmented!
Overall, these are a fabulous dupe for L'Oréal Infallible Eyeshadows, which are $7 each. These work out to $2.50 a piece and they're amazing quality. The only issue is that they don't offer as many shades as the Infallible shadows.
What do you think? Would you try these out?
