Right now, cleansing oils are all the rage, but I'm making a prediction for 2014 that cleansing balms will be next. They're more portable than oil, but are basically oil in solid form that melts on contact. Less mess, same moisturizing benefits.
I recently got a Sephora gift card for my birthday, and was in heaven trying out everything in the store. This Ren cleansing balm caught my eye, but spend my whole $50 gift card on it? Not a chance!
So I jumped for joy when I saw this at the Body Shop for $15! Shop The Body Shop![]()
It has similar ingredients to the Ren version...shea butter, but instead of sweet almond oil, it has olive oil. The Ren balm includes a muslin cloth to use during application, but the muslin cloth at the Body Shop is $6, bringing the total to $21.
But right now, they're having a huge sale, and the Chamomile Cleansing Butter is $11.25 and the muslin cloth is $4.50 bringing the grand total to just over $15.
