Stila Stay All Day Matte Lipstick($22) is brand new at Ulta this week and even though I'm not a matte lipstick fan, the formula sounds intriguing enough that I might have to try one! It claims to have a first-to-market matte formula with a jelly-like film that delivers long-lasting, non-drying color. It comes in twelve shades housed in pretty gold packaging.
Also new to Ulta this week are the new
Stila Stay All Day Lip Liners($20). They come in eight shades and are waterproof, highly-pigmented, and long-lasting with Vitamins E & C to provide moisture and antioxidant protection.
